Currently a Master’s candidate at the University of California, San Diego School of International Relations and Pacific Rim Studies focusing on Public Policy and the Western Hemisphere. A recent professional certificate in Public Policy and Political Management at the Instituto Tecnológico y Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM) has given me some professional formation in political analysis, campaign strategy, media analysis and decision making analysis. A heavy focus on comparative political analysis at my undergraduate institution, the University of Virginia, exposed me to a heavy amount of literature focusing on democratic theory and consolidation/transition theory in regards to the young goverments of the Western Hemisphere.
In addition to work I have done in the professional arena of international development and some contact with the public sector, my specific niche is to be comprehensive analysis and political consulting (strategic thinking in terms of political forecasting, financial forecasting). Clearly, I’m still working on that goal. Any input, comments and inquiries should be directed at MRM via this website. Thank you for your interest, time, and consideration. 08/27/07
